2. How is it costed (what is the formula behind it)?
3. What are the complaints?
Answer any or all of these.. I am considering taking the plunge.

with PPC you create small ads that get shown to searchers when they type in certain keywords in their browser in Google. You create your list of keywords and instruct google that you bid a certain amount for these words when they are searched for. Google tthen lists your ad. If the person click on it you pay approximately your bid amount of mabye less depending on a number of factors.
The cost depends on the competition among other Google adwords companies also bidding on the same terms.
I wouldn’t say there are complaints just people lose money when they don’t know what they are doing. There a free course you can download at http://www.joomlarenegade.com that is pretty good.
